If youâre someone who enjoys keeping supply flowing smoothly and making sure orders, documentation, and delivery timelines are all aligned, this role is built for you. Our client is a business where purchasing, materials movement, and compliance directly support day-to-day operationsâso your work has an immediate impact. Youâll help ensure customers get what they need, when they need it, while supporting trade-compliance processes related to importing and exporting.

In this role, you will process requisitions into purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers to confirm acknowledgements and delivery dates, and maintain accurate delivery and invoice details in QuickBooks. Youâll also handle sourcing and negotiating for optimal pricing when new parts are needed. A key part of the position includes serving as the Import/Export Administrator, including determining import/export classifications, identifying shipping restrictions, and managing licenses and records as required. Youâll troubleshoot issues that threaten on-time delivery, collaborate with internal purchasing teams and customer stakeholders, and support and improve trade-compliance processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of related experience (Sr. Buyer) or equivalent education and experience
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or similar (Sr. Buyer)
4+ years of relevant experience (Import/Export Administrator) or equivalent education and experience
Associateâs degree in business or similar (Import/Export Administrator)
Demonstrated experience processing requisitions into purchase orders and following up to ensure material availability
Experience communicating with suppliers for PO acknowledgements, delivery dates, and required order documentation
Ability to evaluate vendor quotes and determine most desirable suppliers
Strong QuickBooks experience, including maintaining promised delivery dates and invoice information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with import/export documentation and compliance requirements
Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
Ability to determine import/export classifications of material and manage requests to change classifications
Skills in identifying shipping restrictions for shipments outside the U.S.
Experience obtaining and submitting required license information to Commerce or the State Department, and maintaining records
Ability to identify and report potential trade compliance violations and implement process improvements to mitigate risk
Experience supporting trade compliance audits/assessments and executing corrective actions
Communication skills and a strong customer focus, including the ability to work with some ambiguity
Team-focused mindset and willingness to train others (including assisting with training material and presentations)

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Coordinate the flow of materials, stock, and equipment in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Monitor and update inventory control systems, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Manage storage conditions for hazardous and non-hazardous materials, including maintaining proper storage environments.
Oversee periodic physical inventories and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management for raw materials, finished goods, and hazardous waste in accordance with SOPs.
Ensure all shipments, including international and controlled substances, meet regulatory and safety standards.
Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize material handling, distribution, and documentation processes.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

High School Diploma with 4-6 years of experience handling hazardous materials and shipping, both domestic and international, preferably within a pharmaceutical or chemical environment.
Working knowledge of electronic material control systems, financial, and purchasing software.
Experience in a production environment in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.

They are a growing company dedicated to developing innovative electro-mechanical systems for todayâs warfighters and law enforcement officers. In this role, you will be assembling electro-mechanical components, building sub-assemblies, and completing finished products that meet strict specifications. In this role, you will perform basic and repetitive assembly operations, route and wire electrical components, and read blueprints and work orders. You will be responsible for assembling standard products, connecting wiring, and soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with IPC-A-610C standards. Attention to detail, following instructions, and proper handling of assemblies are essential to ensure quality and safety.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM (4 days a week, 10 hours a day)

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

Experience with electro-mechanical assembly or related field
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and specifications
Skilled in wiring, soldering, and working with electronic components
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Knowledge of IPC-A-610C standards for soldering and assembly
Ability to follow instructions and document processes accurately
Previous experience with cable assembly and wiring harnesses is a plus
