As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse, performing tasks such as order pulling, packing, shipping, and receiving duties, as well as data-entry, cycle counting, and documentation. You will also be responsible for unloading shipments and boxes of sporting goods, and performing general warehouse and material handling functions.<br>

In this role, you will be assembling flat plate array antennas according to detailed drawings and process sheets, applying braze paste with precision, and preparing components for the aluminum dip braze process. <br><strong>In this role, you will:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Inspect components for fit, cleanliness, and proper alignment before braze processing.
&#9;<li>Prepare assemblies for aluminum dip braze processing and transport them to the salt pot room.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with brazing personnel to maintain workflow and proper handling of assemblies.
&#9;<li>Complete all required documentation, including traveler signoffs, traceability, and quality records.

<br><strong>Work Schedule:</strong><br>
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, with a 9/80 schedule<br> 

<br><strong>Required Skills, Education and Experience:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Experience assembling components in a manufacturing or technical environment
&#9;<li>Attention to detail and strong inspection skills
&#9;<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets
&#9;<li>Knowledge of brazing or joining techniques (preferred but not mandatory)
&#9;<li>Good teamwork and communication skills
&#9;<li>Prior experience working with aerospace or military manufacturing is a plus
&#9;<li>High school diploma or equivalent required
