Our client, located in Northern Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border, is seeking at least Two Winding Machine Operators to join their team on 1st shift!
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for setting up and operating a custom part making machine. In this role you will be responsible for reading the traveler and work order to determine what parts are to be made and execute the process. You will program the machine and set the part into the fixture (like a sewing machine type fixture), use a microscope to make sure that the part is set correctly and run the machine. You will work with alcohol, nitrogen spray, and a heat gun. You may also be required to help with packing the products, as well as will use tweezers and microscope to perform some of the job functions.

- Ability to work under microscope for long periods of time.
- Good dexterity and hand and eye coordination in order to work with tiny parts.
- Ability to work with tweezers.
- Very repetitive job in nature.
