Warehouse Materials Associate- 2nd Shift
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Material Handler to join their team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming deliveries, sorting and storing items, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
In this role, you will work closely with self-guided vehicles and automated storage and retrieval systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations. You will also be responsible for performing regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
As an Materials Handler, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods
• Strong Computer skills to enter and move materials in their ERP System (Govia)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (No flexibility)
