Job Description
Our client is looking for Warehouse Associates to assist with moving material. This role involves working in a very large, state-of-the-art warehouse where efficiency, safety, and attention to detail are key. You'll be responsible for monitoring inventory, operating automated systems, and supporting the movement and storage of goods in a dynamic, climate-controlled environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1+ years experience working in a warehouse managing inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifting with assistance
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and walking throughout large facility
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management software
- Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate forklift and automated storage and retrieval systems, including smart forklifts and self-guided vehicles
- Good communication skills for training and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
