Job Description
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Materials Associate to join a large, dynamic warehouse environment focused on efficiency, safety, and precision. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory, inspecting deliveries, operating automated systems, and supporting the movement and storage of goods in a climate-controlled setting. If you have strong computer skills, the ability to operate forklifts or automated storage systems, and attention to detail, this role is a great fit for you. You will work on 2nd shift contributing to a busy warehouse team committed to accuracy and safety.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier lifting with assistance
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy
- Comfortable working on your feet and walking throughout a large warehouse
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management software
- Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate forklift and automated storage and retrieval systems, including smart forklifts and self-guided vehicles
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits
- Good communication skills for teamwork and training
Pay Range: $22/hr plus a 10% shift differential ($24.20/hr)
