Job Description
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support their innovative medical device and software solutions company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating shipping processes, handling international shipments, and maintaining compliance with customs and DOT regulations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packaging, and shipping domestic and international goods, preparing shipping paperwork, and ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that values attention to detail, organization, and accuracy while supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality products to customers worldwide.
In this role, you will handle a variety of shipments including sales orders, technical support materials, and marketing literature, ensuring all are shipped in accordance with GMP standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with different departments, processing shipping documentation, and managing inventory. This position is suited for someone with 1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience, strong data entry skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30Â PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Data entry skills and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of shipping manifest procedures and customs documentation
