Our client is looking for a Wafer Fab Operator. Join a dedicated team in a company that specializes in semiconductor manufacturing and values a positive work culture. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into processing equipment, cleaning wafers, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring all processes meet specifications.
Work Schedule: Thursday - Saturday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Week 1);
Wednesday - Saturday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Week 2)

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Wafer Fab Operator. Join a dedicated team in a company that specializes in semiconductor manufacturing and values a positive work culture. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into processing equipment, cleaning wafers, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring all processes meet specifications.
Work Schedule: Thursday - Saturday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Week 1);
Wednesday - Saturday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Week 2)
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of wafer fabrication processes
- Ability to operate and understand online computer systems within certified work areas
- Experience with inspecting materials and measuring circuit dimensions
- Knowledge of chemical baths or automatic wafer cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to read instructions, recipes, and processing charts
- Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related environment is a plus
