Job Description
Our client serves the power electronics, medical equipment, military, aerospace, analytical instrumentation, semiconductor, telecommunications and industrial laser markets. The company has operated for more than 50 years.
This is a machine operating role, specifically a vacuum furnace and heat treat furnace. You will be working with large metal assemblies, and power lift tables to load and unload the metal parts into and out of the large vacuum furnace tank.
You will assemble parts in fixtures for brazing and heat treating.
Keeps accurate records and charts using the computer program
You will assemble parts for brazing. Properly positions and connects numerous parts and mechanisms, which must be held to exacting tolerances. May fabricate, alter, or repair simple fixtures, dies and gauges per engineering instructions.

- With a minimum of direction works from blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions.
- Check produced parts carefully during set-up and throughout the assembly process.
- Perform adjustments, maintenance and lubrication of the machines. Maintains necessary hand tools and measurement devices for proper performance of the job.
- Follow and support the 5S program by maintaining a clean work area, and observe all safety rules.
