Job Description
This company is looking to hire two 1st Shift Test Operators with previous experience in semiconductor, microelectronics or printed circuit boards.
- Executes Test/Screening activities per established procedures.
- Load devices onto test boards.
- Perform electrical tests on devices and record results.
- Demonstrated mechanical/repair skills (intermediate).
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience is required.
- Ability to communicate in English language clearly both written and verbal; good interpersonal skills required.
- Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry)
- Familiarity with ESD/Clean Room Protocol
- Detail Oriented
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and MIL-PRF-19500 MIL-38535 a PLUS
- Ability to manipulate small parts with tweezers and other hand tools.
- Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods.
