Job Description
Our client is looking for a Test Operator to join a cutting-edge research and development facility in Southern New Hampshire. As a Test Operator, you will be responsible for performing verification and validation testing on various innovative products, documenting your findings, and supporting engineering efforts through troubleshooting and related tasks.
This role involves working with delicate components, operating measurement equipment, and following detailed test procedures using tools such as Excel, custom software (MRP/ERP), and quality documentation systems. If you have a technical background, experience with electrical and mechanical testing, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will work on the 1st shift Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, supporting product testing and quality verification efforts within a dynamic team environment. You will also assist in troubleshooting, follow safety standards, and work with machinery and measurement tools to ensure product integrity.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 1+ year of experience operating machinery and working with delicate parts and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow detailed test procedures and document findings accurately
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, MRP/ERP, or quality documentation systems
- Capable of lifting 25-30 pounds with assistance when necessary
- Technical background or degree in electrical, mechanical, or related fields preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support troubleshooting efforts
