Our local client was formed from a collaboration between a global leader in power solutions, and an established electronic test and assembly company. This company has evolved into one of the fastest growing providers of semiconductor and electronic components.
As a Test Operator, you will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be responsible for performing electrical testing and screening on various electronic devices to ensure quality and compliance. The company is recognized for its commitment to high standards and innovative processes, and they are seeking a team member who can contribute to maintaining their reputation for excellence.
In this role, you will be tasked with loading devices onto test boards, executing tests, recording results, and assisting with a variety of tasks to support production schedules. You will need to be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small parts and test equipment, including microscopes and hand tools.

Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Initial training on Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description

In this role, you will be tasked with loading devices onto test boards, executing tests, recording results, and assisting with a variety of tasks to support production schedules. You will need to be flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with small parts and test equipment, including microscopes and hand tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with test operations or related tasks (0-2 years preferred)
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts using tweezers and hand tools
- Basic computer skills, including data entry in MS Excel
- Familiarity with ESD and clean room protocols
- Awareness of ISO9001, MIL-PRF-19500, and MIL-38535 standards (a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
