Job Description
Our client is seeking an IT Support Professional for their manufacturing operations in MA and NH.
They offer a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote unless needed in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support internal staff and provide solutions to their problems while working within defined SLAs
• Configure, Deploy and Troubleshoot hardware, software and network devices
• Work with other members of the IT team to ensure the security and resiliency of the corporate network
• Both follow and create documentation of processes and solutions to issues
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience and should possess the following:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience similar to A+, MSCA or CompTIA
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to work with and around ITAR resources
