About the Role:
As a Technical Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support for our medical devices and software solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, troubleshooting technical and clinical inquiries from customers around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and fax.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer issues in our tracking system.
- Participate in on-call support for urgent issues.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on product information and changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in the medical device industry or related manufacturing field.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in electronics or biomedical technology preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think creatively.
