Our client is looking for a Technical Service Receiving Associate. This vital role supports the manufacturing of medical devices by ensuring the proper receipt, cleaning, and data entry of customer devices and items into the system. The position helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while accurately managing device intake and documentation.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is an essential service provider who manufactures medical devices to be distributed around the world. They are located in Northern Massachusetts and are currently seeking a Technical Receiving Associate to join their team!
Our client is looking for a Technical Service Receiving Associate. This vital role supports the manufacturing of medical devices by ensuring the proper receipt, cleaning, and data entry of customer devices and items into the system. The position helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while accurately managing device intake and documentation.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as ORACLE, Excel, Acrobat, and Dymo labeling software
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience in data entry, preferably with some existing knowledge of receiving processes
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack or hand jack
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain or provide proof of HEP B vaccination
