Job Description


Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturer and fabricator of engineered composite materials that serve various industries. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the supply chain by assisting with procurement, inventory management, supplier communication, and data tracking. Your efforts will help ensure materials are available on time, records are accurate, and internal teams and external partners work seamlessly together.

You will be responsible for assessing purchasing requirements using the ERP system, creating and tracking purchase orders, communicating with suppliers and internal departments, maintaining inventory records, supporting supply chain metrics analysis, and helping implement process improvements. Your role is vital to maintaining efficient supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
