Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is hiring a Materials Handler to support their busy stockroom. You'll work within a supportive and diverse team, playing a vital role in the supply chain and production success by managing the flow and accuracy of materials.
What You Will Be Doing:

Receiving & System Entry: Efficiently receive incoming materials, verify shipments against packing lists, record identifying information, and perform timely data entry transactions into the ERP system.

Material Issuance & Kitting: Accurately pull stockroom materials, prepare precise kits for production floor assembly lines, and ensure timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.

Returns & Restocking: Process materials returned from production, inspect for usability, update inventory records, and return items to their designated stock locations.

Inventory Control: Actively contribute to inventory accuracy by participating in weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes, investigating discrepancies as needed.

Careful Handling: Manage inventory appropriately, demonstrating careful handling, particularly with the very small parts essential for electronic assembly.

Organization & Safety: Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment adhering to company procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working in a Stockroom issuing material to production floor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to consistently lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40+ pounds throughout the shift.

Strong documentation skills: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize ERP software (experience with Visual ERP is a plus).

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Reliability and a commitment to following procedures.
Computer Systems:

ERP Software for inventory and tracking (Prior experience highly advantageous)

Google Workspace (for communication and basic tasks)
