Job Description
Our client is looking for a 1st Shift Stockroom Kitter to join a busy local manufacturing team in Salem, NH. As a stockroom kitter, you will be responsible for pulling, verifying, and organizing electrical components into kits according to work orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. If you have previous experience in a stockroom setting within the manufacturing industry and a keen eye for detail, this role is a great fit. You’ll use inventory control software, perform manual cycle counts, and maintain an organized, safe work environment daily. This position offers stable employment, competitive pay, and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for reading work orders, pulling and verifying electrical parts (MPN and QTY), labeling and sorting materials, and issuing parts using inventory management software. You will also perform manual inventory counts and ensure the stockroom remains clean and organized.
Day–Day Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Ability to read work orders and verify electrical components accurately
- Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory setting within manufacturing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with inventory control software and manual cycle counts
- Stable employment history and reliable work ethic
