Our client, a leading supplier in the electronics manufacturing services industry, is seeking a Stockroom Kitter to join their team on the 2nd shift. If you're a detail-oriented individual who loves working with inventory and ensuring smooth operations on the production floor, then this role is perfect for you!
As a Stockroom Kitter, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and providing essential part kits to the manufacturing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring material shortages for kits and promptly performing transactions upon receipt
Resolving kitting inventory discrepancies, including quantity and AVL issues
Verifying both in-house material and customer-supplied material
Conducting cycle counts and associated transactions as needed
Receiving and transacting customer-supplied material
Processing non-conforming material in accordance with MRB and NCMR guidelines
Collaborating with production to resolve any kit issues
Verifying and processing MTV transactions
Accurately entering data into the WMS and spreadsheets as required
Complying with all company policies, processes, and procedures
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of material handling, stockroom, kitting experience from the manufacturing industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic mathematical skills
Knowledge of component identification and verification
The ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Office, inventory control software, and printing labels
