Job Description
Our client is looking for experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers with soldering ability to join a busy, innovative manufacturing facility that designs and produces battery equipment for military applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electromechanical components and cable assemblies, following detailed work instructions, wire diagrams, and drawings. You will perform thru-hole soldering, use hand and power tools, and ensure accurate documentation of your work. This position offers an opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art facility within a fast-paced environment dedicated to supporting military needs and advancing defense technology.
You should have 1–3 years of experience in electromechanical and cable assembly within a manufacturing setting, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wire diagrams. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and proficiency with soldering are essential.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical and cable assembly within a manufacturing environment
- Soldering skills with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (or relevant past certification)
- Ability to follow work instructions, drawings, and wire diagrams accurately
