Job Description
Our client is looking for Five Assembler 2's. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for building high-end electro-mechanical products, this could be an exciting opportunity for you. You will be responsible for assembling complex components, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met in a fast-paced setting. This company leads the way in innovative manufacturing and has received recognition for its commitment to excellence and employee development.
In this role, you will be assembling products using both mechanical and electrical skills, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and operating various manual and automated equipment. You should be comfortable working with small components, performing soldering tasks, wire stripping, and cable preparation, as needed.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with every other Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to follow work instructions and mechanical drawings accurately
- Basic soldering skills, including wire wrapping and through-hole soldering (preferably J-STD-001)
- Experience with cable assembly and preparation (stripping, tinning, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Electrical assembly experience required
- Strong attention to detail and dexterity for handling small components
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
