Our client is seeking candidates with solid background in business and retail management to become part of a dynamic support team. The successful candidate will work with various retail businesses to provide customer support, application troubleshooting, as well as consulting and training services.
- Strong customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to accurately troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Knowledge of NCR Counterpoint, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Office and MSSQL are a plus.
