Job Description
Our client is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This position is essential to the smooth operation of a busy warehouse, helping to ensure that products are packaged, shipped, and received efficiently and accurately. The company is known for its dedication to quality service and has received recognition for outstanding workplace safety and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for packing small and large cables for delivery, managing shipping transactions through various portals, and ensuring all goods are properly secured and labeled. You will also assist with incoming shipments, verify contents, and keep the work area organized, safe, and free of hazards. Your efforts will directly support the company’s commitment to on-time delivery and excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
- Proficiency with computers, ERP systems, and shipping portals (UPS, FedEx)
- Ability to follow specific packaging and shipment instructions
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and unload freight using a pallet jack
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
