Job Description
Our client is a growing medical device company that manufactures life saving surgical solutions. They have more than doubled in size each year for the past few years and just moved into a beautiful new facility. They are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Team Leader to oversee the warehouse team.
As the Shipping Receiving Team Lead you will manage the daily activities of a busy warehouse to include receiving materials, inventory control, and storage of materials.
You will work closely Supply Chain and Planning Departments to schedule inbound and outbound shipments domestically and internationally.
Additionally, you will supervise and manage the team to prioritize work and daily schedules. You will train new employees and provide guidance for existing teams.
You are a great fit if you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are able to multitask and set priorities.
You are proficient with MS Office and possess strong computer skills, communications skills, and leadership skills.
Seeking someone with knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), specifically Inventory Management, highly desirable.
