Job Description
Our client is looking for a Shipper to join their dynamic engineering and manufacturing team. This company specializes in delivering innovative solutions to clients across sectors such as hygiene, aerospace, and industrial markets. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving supplies and materials, preparing shipments, and managing shipping and receiving documentation. You will coordinate deliveries with vendors and carriers, ensure accuracy in data entry within the Epicor ERP system, and support inventory management. Your role will be vital in maintaining seamless logistics operations and providing exceptional customer service through professional communication with vendors and clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Ability to accurately process and prepare shipping documentation (FedEx, UPS, bills of lading, international paperwork)
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Epicor
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication skills for customer and vendor interactions
- Basic knowledge of using tools to build wooden crates
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
