This local, owner-operated electronics company has been a trusted supplier of their products since 1994, serving a diverse range of applications from deep-sea to space. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing shipments for both international and domestic destinations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and documentation requirements, while maintaining accurate records to support efficient delivery.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Shipper to join their team. This local, owner-operated electronics company has been a trusted supplier of their products since 1994, serving a diverse range of applications from deep-sea to space. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing shipments for both international and domestic destinations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and documentation requirements, while maintaining accurate records to support efficient delivery.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of international and domestic shipping experience
- Experience with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, including knowledge of waybills, IATA regulations, certificates of origin, and customs paperwork
- Ability to package electronics properly and efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff System, ECCN codes, licensing requirements, and import/export laws and regulations
- Experience developing and delivering training on import/export compliance, and attending certification training as needed
