Job Description
Our client is looking for a night Shift Supervisor at a local Newport, NH, manufacturing facility.
Our client is looking for a Supervisor - B-Shift. This leadership role involves overseeing daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while performing hands-on mechanical and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will guide and support production teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
Required Skills and Experience:
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Prior machine operation and maintenance experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to company policies
