Senior Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead customer relationships, drive consultative solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You'll be the primary contact, ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and provide consultative solutions.
- Lead business reviews, contracts, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
- Oversee product introductions, ramp-ups, and engineering changes.
- Manage the full order lifecycle from RFQs to delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in program management (electronics/high-tech manufacturing).
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- Experience handling complex customer relationships and business solutions.
