Job Description
Our client is a growing company that has been saving lives for over 40 years through innovative medical equipment used in hospitals, emergency transport, and military settings.
They are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support global accounts and ensure top-tier service delivery. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, manage large global accounts, and serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support key customer accounts globally
- Monitor order processing, inquiries, and team performance
- Prepare customer reports, KPI dashboards, and business review materials
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations, and technical support teams
- Handle returns/repairs (RMA), rollout planning, and customer escalations
- Mentor and support CS team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a senior B2B customer service role with inventory-based products
- Strong account management, order processing, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Excel reporting
- Experience in medical devices or biotech industry (cGMP/ISO knowledge a plus)
- Self-starter with a detail-oriented, service-driven mindset
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10+ years of relevant experience
