Our client is looking for an Assembler with electro-mechanical assembly and SMT Soldering skills. This company is a leader in the design, manufacture, distribution, and service of specialty electronic products providing security solutions to healthcare facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products. You will follow written and verbal instructions, perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, etching, engraving, and welding, and conduct on-line testing and inspection to ensure products meet quality standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assembler with electro-mechanical assembly and SMT Soldering skills. This company is a leader in the design, manufacture, distribution, and service of specialty electronic products providing security solutions to healthcare facilities.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, or manufacturing setting is required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with reading work orders, assembly drawings, and schematics
- Soldering and rework skills for SMT components
- Ability to perform on-line go-no-go testing and inspection using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 to 2+ years of electronic assembly and inspection experience preferred
- Ability to help in assembly/post SMT soldering
