Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (flexible start/end times up to 8am)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Mechanism Assembler to fabricate semiconductor machine equipment. You will be responsible for the precise assembly, installation, and testing of robotic mechanisms and components in semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
Use hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment to assemble, align, and calibrate robotic components.
Conduct thorough inspections of parts and subassemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or assembly issues.
Test and validate the functionality and performance of completed robotic mechanisms.
Document assembly processes, modifications, and adjustments for future reference.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the semiconductor or robotics industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including precision components, motors, gears, and actuators.
Familiarity with robotic systems and automation technologies.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise assembly work.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians.
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and the handling of sensitive electronic components.
