Our client is looking for an Assembly Rework Tech. This position involves performing precise assembly rework, repair, and modification of complex RF electronic devices, including components and multi-layer PCBs, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards. You will be a key part of a production team that supports the growth and innovation of our client's technology offerings, and may also assist with assembly and manufacturing processes like mechanical assembly, soldering, and quality assurance.
In this role, you will be responsible for manual assembly and rework of RF assemblies, troubleshooting with specialized test equipment, inspecting work to ensure compliance with standards like IPC-A-610, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will collaborate closely with engineers to improve designs and resolve technical issues, all while following strict ESD protocols.
Work Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Excellent manual dexterity and high precision for working with small parts and complex assemblies
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly, RF principles, and mobile device architecture
- Proven expertise in high-density and fine-pitch soldering and rework techniques
- Experience with RF test equipment such as VNAs and spectrum analyzers, and diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain an organized, ESD-safe workspace
