Returns Admin Coordinator- 1st Shift

You will be responsible for device management and customer correspondence within an innovative, growing company in the medical device industry. Duties include updating Oracle, receiving units from the Repair Depot, reviewing and editing customer service notes, and coordinating the shipment of units. Additional responsibilities include maintaining device database, completing material transactions, and assisting with special projects.
Candidates should have strong data entry, organization, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Oracle, Camstar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
