As a Recruiter at Techneeds, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and connecting with candidates for a variety of positions, with a strong focus on production line manufacturing roles such as Assembly, Machine Operators, Technicians/Test, Quality Control, Shipping/Receiving, Stockroom/Inventory, and more.

As a Recruiter at Techneeds, you will be responsible for engaging with both active and passive job seekers, promoting our open job orders that range from temporary to potential temp-to-hire positions. Utilizing our applicant tracking system and other inbound marketing tools, you will connect with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
To excel in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires heavy outbound calling. We are looking for individuals who are driven, goal-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working in a sales environment. While we value teamwork, we also expect our recruiters to take ownership of their individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for temporary and temporary-to-permanent positions through high-volume outbound calls, emphasizing relationship building through meaningful conversations.
Conduct interviews and screenings to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs.
Foster positive relationships with job seekers and our temporary associates.
Schedule interviews and extend offers of employment.
Work in a sales-driven environment, contributing to revenue generation across a variety of skill sets.
Multitask efficiently, managing phone calls, returning calls, and updating our applicant tracking system.
About You:
You possess a positive, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, driven by sales and performance.
Your outgoing personality allows you to connect and engage with people effectively.
You are self-motivated and focused on achieving goals that align with your personal financial aspirations.
Detail-oriented, with a strong command of Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.
You demonstrate a strong work ethic and take pride in your contributions.
While an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, it is not required. A high school diploma is mandatory.
This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, with individual and team incentives. We also provide additional opportunities to increase your income through monthly, quarterly, and occasional annual bonus programs.
Work/Life Balance:
At Techneeds, we prioritize work-life balance. Unlike many staffing or sales environments, we believe in maintaining a healthy schedule. Your daily workload will not exceed 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We offer a hybrid schedule that combines in-office and work-from-home arrangements.
