Techneeds is looking to grow our Recruiting Team; we are open to both experienced Recruiters, or someone who is interested in learning how to source, recruit, qualify, and present talent to fill local jobs. In this role you will recruit candidates for a variety of positions but highly focused on production line manufacturing roles such as machine operators, assembly, quality control, shipping and receiving, etc.
What we do:
We partner with companies across New England to identify and hire people in Engineering & Design, Manufacturing, Procurement, Administrative, IT, and Finance. Our Clients are primarily in High-Technology, particularly Electronics & Semiconductor, Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Biotechnology, and Robotics with various other industries sprinkled in.
As a Recruiter at Techneeds, your daily responsibility is to engage with active and passive job seekers for our open job orders that are temporary and potential temp to hire by using our applicant tracking system and various sourcing tools.
To be successful as a Recruiter at Techneeds you must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for heavy outbound calling. If you are driven, goal-oriented, self-directed, and have an entrepreneurial spirit, keep reading. Our team is looking for people who work together but hold themselves accountable for contributing to individual and team goals.

This position is salary plus commission (commission is paid monthly). Our plan is individual and team incentivized. We also run other monthly, quarterly, and sometimes annual bonus programs as additional opportunities to increase your income.
Work/Life Balance: Many Sales organizations require long hours. Your daily schedule does not exceed Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. No weekends. It will be hard to find that in staffing, or many sales environments. We offer a flexible work environment tailored to individual preferences. Our core operating hours are 8:00-6:00, chose your 8 hour work schedule within that timeframe.
We encourage creativity and involvement from our staff to continuously improve the company.
While we do have KPI' s, this is not a micromanaging environment but rather one that promotes self-direction to achieve the goals of the individual, the branch office, and the company.

- Source candidates to fill temporary and temporary to permanent positions through high-volume outbound calls. We believe in relationship building with conversation.
- Calling, interviewing, and screening potential applicants to best fit our client’s needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with job seekers.
- Schedule interviews, extend offers of employment.
- Work in a sales environment: every person you place in a job, increases your commission earnings. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of skill sets, you won't have to specialize in one particular area. There is no cap on commissions.
- Multi-task to make phone calls, answer returned phone calls, and update our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Requires a positive, motivated, entrepreneurial, sales, and performance-driven mindset.
- A confident and outgoing personality who enjoys talking with people.
- Self-motivated and focused on hitting goals that increase your earning potential, and help the company grow.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Prefer an Associate’ s or Bachelor’ s Degree but not required.
- HS Diploma required.
