What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you’ll:
• Source candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire roles using our ATS and sourcing tools
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage active and passive job seekers
• Interview, screen, and match candidates to client needs
• Build lasting relationships with job seekers
• Schedule interviews and extend offers
• Work in a commission-driven sales environment—every placement boosts your earnings
• Multitask across calls, follow-ups, and system updates

• Confident and outgoing—you enjoy talking to people
• Goal-oriented and self-directed
• Detail-focused, with solid Microsoft Office skills
• Driven by performance and personal growth
Education:
• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Compensation & Perks
• Salary + monthly commission
• Flexible schedule: Choose your 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• No weekends
