Our client is looking for a Senior Supply Quality Engineer. This industry leader specializes in designing and building products for the military, medical, and aerospace industries. If you're passionate about ensuring top-tier quality in complex engineered systems used in defense applications, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier quality assurance strategies, conducting supplier audits, and leading root cause analyses to ensure our suppliers meet strict quality and compliance standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams during supplier selection and product launches, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the integrity of our engineered systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering
- Strong understanding of quality systems and standards like ISO 9001, AS9100, IPC-A-610
- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
- Ability to travel to supplier locations (domestic and international) as needed
