Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quality Inspector. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for military communication systems, which are vital to supporting our military personnel. As a Quality Inspector, you will be performing in-process inspections of solder workmanship on printed circuit board assemblies, using specialized tools like microscopes and height gauges. You will also communicate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve non-conformance issues, collect inspection data, and maintain tracking spreadsheets. Additionally, you'll provide technical guidance to company personnel and handle other duties such as photographing workmanship and performing mechanical inspections when needed.
You should be skilled in in-process inspection techniques, familiar with using microscopes, height gauges, and digital calipers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing teams are essential. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required, along with attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
