Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician. This role plays a key part in supporting procedural requirements related to complaint handling, customer turnaround, and event reporting systems within the dynamic medical device industry. In this position, you will assist in ensuring quality improvement initiatives, investigate complaints to determine root causes, and communicate findings with customers and suppliers to help maintain high standards.
In this role, you will work under general supervision, supporting the organization's quality management system, including corrective and preventive actions. You will also contribute to document investigations, propose corrective actions when necessary, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician. This role plays a key part in supporting procedural requirements related to complaint handling, customer turnaround, and event reporting systems within the dynamic medical device industry. In this position, you will assist in ensuring quality improvement initiatives, investigate complaints to determine root causes, and communicate findings with customers and suppliers to help maintain high standards.
In this role, you will work under general supervision, supporting the organization's quality management system, including corrective and preventive actions. You will also contribute to document investigations, propose corrective actions when necessary, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of related experience in quality assurance or quality control and inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies and devices
- Experience with soldering, ESD handling, and electro-mechanical assembly methods
- Proficiency with mechanical and electronic test equipment
- Basic computer skills in a MS Windows environment, including MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of FDA QSR and international regulatory standards, with familiarity with Medical Device Reporting a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplined team
