Job Description
Our client is looking for a Prototype Test Engineer. This innovative R&D facility specializes in biological research and development, pushing the boundaries of science and engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing test procedures, analyzing data, documenting observations, and assisting in engineering investigations. You'll play a key part in designing and building test articles and fixtures, all while working as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to bring new ideas to life.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (recent graduates considered)
- Preferred experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience operating mechanical equipment and performing mechanical/electrical assembly
- Ability to run and document tests accurately
- Strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel for data analysis
- Laboratory experience involving documentation of experiments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with mechanical equipment operation and assembly
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing technical data
- Ability to clearly document test procedures and results
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
