Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Recruiting). This role supports the HR team at a leading Upper Valley Manufacturing facility by assisting with recruiting and hiring activities, including maintaining job postings, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and data entry. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
You will be responsible for providing general administrative support, maintaining job board postings and applications, performing phone screens with potential applicants, and scheduling onsite interviews. The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Recruiting). This role supports the HR team at a leading Upper Valley Manufacturing facility by assisting with recruiting and hiring activities, including maintaining job postings, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and data entry. Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel required)
- Customer service and administrative experience
- Exposure to hiring activities preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP is beneficial but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
