Job Description
Our client is looking for a Maintenance supervisor in the manufacturing industry. If you enjoy overseeing production teams, ensuring equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, this role is ideal for you. As a Maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for managing first-shift activities, supervising staff, coordinating work flow, and implementing process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations. You’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing setting, utilizing your skills in supervision, process management, and equipment maintenance to ensure production goals are met. Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of production processes, controls, and instrumentation
- Experience with process improvement and managing budgets and expenses
- College degree preferred
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement solutions
