Job Description
Our client is looking for a Quality Inspector. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the highest quality standards for artificial graphite parts used in industries like semiconductor, aerospace, and medical devices. In this position, you will perform precise hand sanding and finishing, inspect parts for defects, and ensure all products meet customer specifications before they move forward in the production process. You'll work independently while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency within a team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing precise hand sanding and finishing of parts to meet specified dimensions and surface finishes
- Using various hand tools and materials to uphold quality standards
- Inspecting finished parts for defects and compliance with standards
- Following all safety procedures and wearing PPE consistently
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes
- Working independently with minimal supervision and high productivity
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Experience with in-process inspection and incoming inspection
- Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
