Our client, a globally recognized Upper Valley manufacturing facility, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team on 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm M-F). Join a team that has been in business for more than 120 years and has become integral to keeping global industry in motion.
As a Production Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain a comprehensive Master Production Schedule (MPS) that aligns customer demand with available capacity, material availability, and production constraints. You will utilize SAP and other planning tools to release and manage production orders, convert planned orders into executable schedules, and address exception messages.
In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and team skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate planning data in SAP, regularly updating master data, and utilizing Excel and other tools for demand and inventory analysis.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor Degree
• Master of Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other technical degree preferred
• APICS Certification preferred
• ERP/MRP experience
• Data mining and analysis experience (Excel, SAP, Access/Brio Queries)
• SAP experience in OTC, MM, or PTP (at least 6 months)
• Strong communication and team skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Master production scheduling experience preferred
