Job Description
Our client is looking for a packager/assembler to join a leading medical device manufacturing company — recognized as a top employer in 2026. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate packaging and labeling of medical implant devices according to strict quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines. As a packager/assembler, you will operate equipment like heat sealers and labelers, inspect products for defects, and maintain detailed documentation in a clean room environment. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting production demands while adhering to safety and quality protocols in the medical device industry.
Work Schedule:
8am-4:30pm, Monday–Friday
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment
- Experience operating packaging machinery such as heat sealers or labelers
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspections and documentation
- Flexibility to work cross-functionally and adapt to production needs
