Job Description
Our client is looking for Micro Manufacturing Machine Operators. This role involves operating specialized equipment to produce tiny coils and components that are crucial in high-precision manufacturing environments. In this role, you will be responsible for operating fully automated winding machines to produce micro-sized coils, troubleshooting mechanical issues, recording machine settings, and inspecting finished products for quality. You will work with hand tools and chemical solvents in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety procedures and company policies. The position offers flexible start times within the 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM window, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, on the 1st shift.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient with operating various manufacturing equipment, including automated winding machinery
- Skilled in using hand tools and handling extremely small components with fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, product specifications, and follow written/verbal instructions
- Organized with excellent documentation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Capable of working with microscopes, tweezers, and chemical solvents
- High School diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
