Job Description
Our client is looking for a experienced Asemblers with the ability to Solder PCB's. Join a dynamic manufacturing environment that supports a variety of high-tech sectors, including aerospace, medical, military, and industrial controls.
In this role, you will perform precise soldering of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), including SMT and thru-hole components, ensuring IPC Class 2 quality standards are met consistently. You’ll support assembly, rework, and troubleshooting activities, collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to deliver top-tier results.
If you have strong soldering skills, experience with PCBAs, and knowledge of IPC standards, this is a great opportunity to showcase your abilities and work on meaningful projects. Your day-to-day will include inspecting assemblies, repairing defects, maintaining quality logs, and following strict safety and ESD procedures to produce reliable, high-quality electronics.
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 2–4 years of hand soldering experience with SMT and thru-hole components
- Ability to read and interpret PCBA documentation and mechanical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and support collaborative team efforts
- IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 Certification (preferred)
- Good hand/eye coordination and 20/20 vision (corrected) with color vision
- Basic computer skills and fluency in English
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
