Job Description

Our client that specialized in accounting and bookkeeping services for the small businesses of the Upper Valley is seeking to add a Part-Time Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant.  The hours can be flexible, mother's hours would be perfect.  Our client offers excellent benefits even for part-time employees!

As the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper you can expect to be reporting to the Owner as well as the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • maintaining multiple company accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • processing accounts receivable and payables
  • posting of payroll related journal entries
  • preparing financial reports
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Adobe.
  • 1 year of administrative experience required
  • bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
