Job Description
Our client is looking for an Order Entry Representative to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service within an industry-leading organization. As an Order Entry Representative, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of customer orders received via fax and email, ensuring accuracy and timeliness using Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Outlook. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and uphold company standards, supporting seamless order management and excellent service delivery.
If you excel at managing multiple tasks under pressure, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with order processing software, this is the opportunity for you. Your day-to-day will include verifying and entering accessory orders, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with good communication skills, reliable work ethic, and the ability to work extended hours during month-end and quarter-end periods.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30AM-5:00PM
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Outlook
- Attention to detail, minimizing customer-impacting errors
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
