Job Description
Our client is looking for a Machine Operator, a vital role within a manufacturing environment focused on automated PCB assembly. In this position, you will be responsible for operating equipment on an automated VI Chip PCB assembly line, performing precise assembly and testing tasks to ensure high-quality product output. As a Machine Operator, you will utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement, and test equipment to monitor and maintain machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and meet production standards. This role requires cross-training and certification in multiple work centers — including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, and more — to support continuous manufacturing processes in a high-tech industry. You will work with minimal supervision, adhering strictly to safety, quality, and cost guidelines, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.
This position offers a dynamic work environment perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality assurance. Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to use microscopes, hand tools, and measurement/test devices effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer literacy
