Job Description
Our client is currently looking to add a Mechanical Build Technician to their team! This is a very unique company, in a brand new facility, building one of a kind machinery. They have been in business for decades and continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- The Mechanical Build tech will utilize Bill of Materials and mechanical drawings to fabricate and assemble automated and robotic equipment used in manufacturing.
- Assemble machined parts and actuators for mating with other components in larger sub-assemblies. Install, cable, and plumb pneumatic and electric actuators with corresponding valve banks and controllers.
- Terminate electrical conductors in high and low voltage electrical enclosures.
- Incorporate conveyors, stepper motors, proximity sensors, and optical sensors into the overall function of the machinery.
